Product Warranties
Before you purchase a new or refurbished SOLO and SoloStrength Lifestyle Program package or other products from SoloStrength, you may review a copy of our warranty, including limitations and exclusions.
SOLO:
30 day “no questions asked” return and refund of purchase price on all complete SoloStrength Lifestyle Program packages. “As new or “reasonable use” wear items are accepted, no excessively damaged through misuse or intentional damage accepted. SoloStrength reserves the right of judgement on returns-only general product dissatisfaction qualify for this full refund warranty. SoloStrength Branded/Third Party Products:
Independently manufactured and branded/or third party branded products are covered under the independent manufacturer warranty or on a independently judged basis by SoloStrength.
Parts Warranty:
All general SoloStrength products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The SoloStrength Lifestyle Station comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (5 years for commercial and common use applications), and a production cost fee for the replacement of the support bar. You may review a copy of the Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, by clicking the appropriate link below.
Non-SoloStrength-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS IS" by the SoloStrength Store, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by SoloStrength as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from SoloStrength. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Note: Products sold through this Web site which do not bear the SoloStrength Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. The SoloStrength Warranty does not apply to products that are not SoloStrength-branded, even if packaged or sold with SoloStrength products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.
