Availability
The SoloStrength Lifestyle Program Package (includes Solo Structure, colour instructional program guides, instructional video, access to online instruction materials and updates, quick reference guide sheets, full poster sized "all-in-one" guide for common area use, and two sided colour inspirational quote poster), normally ships in approximately 1 - 2 days from receipt of order. If there is an expected delay you will be contacted by a SoloStrength Customer Service representitive by email to notify. Billing occurs at time of shipment.
S&H Charges
Shipping & handling of the SoloStrength Lifestyle Program package is based on the shipping destination. The S&H charge will be automatically calculated and included in your on line order.

Customer Service
Tax
Residents of the Province of British Columbia will be billed 7% sales tax. The taxes will be calculated and shown on your order form. Canadian Customers will also be billed 6% GST.
Duties - Customs Information
International customers may be subject to duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These duties are included in your shipping charge.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Orders from Canadian customers are normally shipped by Fedex ground. Orders from the United States are normally sent by Fedex ground and as a convenience SoloStrength Lifestyle Products collects the duties as part of the shipping charge and pays during shipping. You will not be responsible for these charges other than through paying for shipping.
Warranty
SoloStrength Lifestyle Products provides a lifetime warranty on the SoloStrength Solo structure for normal use following our terms outlined in our Policy, and holds valid for original owner only. There is a limited 10 year warranty on commercial or institutional use, and does not cover any damage or defect caused by misuse, improper set up or alteration. All Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Unsatisfied with your purchase? The SoloStrength Lifestyle Program package comes with a full 30 day money back guarantee for a full refund (less S&H). The item must be returned undamaged in the original carton with all original shipping materials to avoid any restocking fees. The 30 day risk free Trial Offer, with return shipping cost, does not apply to refurbished units.
Please obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning the product. Depending on circumstance, SoloStrength LIfestyle Products may handle all or part of the return shipping cost.
Billing
Credit cards are processed by SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp. We accept all major credit cards, and the charges are authorized during online purchase and processed at the time of shipping.
When a customer chooses a multi-payment plan (limited to select situations), the total shipping and handling fees are charged with the first payment.
