Advanced Programs Body Weight Exercise

We are currently shooting the videos on our new SpeedFit models and will be posting the advanced programs SoloStrength Exercises here shortly.  In the meantime, we have a video on the original FUSION model, demonstrating a montage of exercises that go beyond the essential basic bodyweight exercises that make up our basic no limits workouts.

Check back here often and the best way to be notified when the new videos are posted is to register here.  Some of the exercises below might be a little extreme for some of you, for others, you will want more, but rest assured we will have something for all of you.  The Programs can be customized so you can mix and match to find the best programs for your needs.
